Note about student responsibility for required Tech Check: Each student taking the exam is required to attend Tech Check one week before the Exam date. During this Tech Check, we will walk through how to access the online exam environment, and you will take the PHI Trial Exam. If the student is unable to execute the Trial Exam by 2 days before the Exam date, we will not be able to process the exam and no refund will be issued. Emu makes every effort to support our students in preparing for the online exam environment by offering the Tech Check walk-through webinar as well as (if needed) one scheduled IT support meeting. However, a basic level of computer literacy is required for this process. Students must know what their Operating System is, how to download and install an application, and how to access downloaded files to run. If a student is unable to meet the Tech Check requirements by no later than 2 days before the Exam date, we will be unable to allow them access to the Exam Day session.
